For resellers, integrators, refurbishers and traders: Maxicom supplies used and refurbished business IT in volume across Singapore, Malaysia and the wider ASEAN region. Because we buy at the source, our stock has known provenance and keen pricing — servers, laptops, storage, networking, memory, CPUs and components, by the pallet or the container. Singapore's position as an ASEAN trade hub makes it the natural place to source from.
We buy directly from businesses, data centres and the trade, so the stock we supply has a known history and is priced to move in volume. For resellers and integrators that means dependable feedstock without the noise and risk of an open marketplace — matched lots, graded, and ready for your channel. And because we sit on the buy-side of the same market, our pricing reflects what stock actually costs at source.

Singapore is South-East Asia's logistics and trade hub — free-port infrastructure, deep connectivity and a concentration of regional distribution. For a reseller or refurbisher anywhere in ASEAN, sourcing volume used IT from Singapore is efficient: consolidated stock, clear documentation and straightforward regional logistics. We supply into that flow, and can arrange collection or shipment across the region.
Tell us your channel and we'll match stock to it — matched laptop fleets for a corporate reseller, enterprise servers and storage for an integrator, memory and CPUs by the tray for a component trader, or graded mixed pallets for a refurbisher. Volume and recurring supply relationships get the keenest pricing, and all data-bearing media is sanitised to standard before it leaves us.
Every data-bearing drive is sanitised to NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 1 (HDD) and IEEE 2883-2022 (SSD/NVMe), with a certificate of destruction, on a documented chain of custody. Drives that can't be wiped are physically destroyed through a vetted partner. Certified destruction is what makes buyback safe under Singapore's PDPA and Malaysia's PDPA — so it's included in the deal, not billed as an extra.
Tell us your target specs and quantities and we'll match stock and price it in SGD.

We recover the value inside retired business IT, destroy data to NIST 800-88 and IEEE 2883, and route reusable hardware back into service — paying businesses for equipment that other recyclers charge to take.
