There's no fixed rate — every offer is graded to what your equipment is actually worth on the live secondary market. So detail helps: server configurations (CPU, memory, drives), laptop models and specs, storage array models and drive counts, or switch and firewall part numbers. If you don't know, photos of labels and racks are enough for us to identify most gear. Attach a spreadsheet or CSV if you have one — it's the fastest route to a line-item offer.

Make, model, rough condition and quantity for each item — or just paste what you have and attach photos. The more detail, the tighter the quote.
Can I attach a spreadsheet?
Yes — attach an Excel, CSV or PDF inventory, or photos. Multiple files are fine; ITAD buyers always quote faster from a file.
What happens after I submit?
We grade your equipment against the live secondary market and reply with a written offer in SGD, with no obligation until you accept.
Is my information kept private?
Yes — your list and details are used only to prepare your quote, per our privacy policy. We don't publish listings or counterparties.
Do you cover Malaysia?
Yes — set the stock location to Malaysia and we'll arrange collection across the causeway, including the Johor/Iskandar corridor.
