Do you pay for old IT, or charge to take it?
We pay. We recover the value inside your retired IT and pay you in SGD, with collection and certified data destruction included — the opposite of a scrap yard or shredder-only recycler.
What kinds of IT do you buy?
Servers, storage, networking, laptops, desktops, memory, CPUs, GPUs and components — working, faulty or end-of-life, one fleet to a full estate.
Is there a minimum quantity?
It's a business and bulk service — fleets, racks, pallets and estates. We don't buy single personal devices, and there's no upper limit.
How do you decide the price?
We grade against the live secondary market by model, generation, specification and condition. There's no fixed rate — send your list for a written SGD number.
How is my data handled?
Every drive is sanitised to NIST 800-88 (HDD) and IEEE 2883-2022 (SSD/NVMe) with a certificate of destruction, or physically destroyed through a vetted partner where required — before anything is resold.
Do you meet PDPA requirements?
Our process supports your obligations under Singapore's PDPA and Malaysia's PDPA, and for financial institutions the MAS TRM guidelines, with certificates and a full chain of custody.
Can you support MAS-regulated financial institutions?
Yes — we can align to your internal Technology Risk Management controls, support witnessed and on-site destruction, and provide serial-level documentation.
Do you offer witnessed or on-site destruction?
Yes — for sensitive estates, destruction can be witnessed by your security officer and carried out on site, with certificates either way.
Do you collect, and is it free?
Free across Singapore for business-volume loads, and we arrange collection across Malaysia — we handle the loading and logistics.
Do you cover Malaysia and the Johor/Iskandar corridor?
Yes — we serve Singapore and Malaysia, including the Johor/Iskandar data-centre corridor, KL, Cyberjaya and Penang. Collection is arranged across Malaysia.
How and when am I paid?
In SGD, after collection and once your inventory is reconciled. Terms are set out in the written offer.
Do you take faulty or end-of-life equipment?
Yes — much of the value is in the components inside, which hold value whether or not a unit powers on.
Do you buy AI accelerators and GPUs?
Yes — NVIDIA H100, H200, A100, L40S, DGX and GPU servers are among the highest-value items we buy, handled discreetly.
Do you buy from resellers, ITADs and MSPs?
Yes — the trade is core supply. We buy surplus and client stock outright and can supply you in volume too.
What happens to equipment that can't be reused?
Only what genuinely can't be reused goes to licensed recyclers for responsible material recovery; the disposition is documented.
Can this help our sustainability reporting?
Yes — reuse-first disposition with itemised outcomes gives defensible figures for diverted e-waste and retained embodied carbon, useful under SGX and Bursa Malaysia disclosure expectations.
Do you handle data-centre decommissioning?
Yes — de-rack, data destruction, removal and buyback on a documented chain of custody, coordinated to your change-control.
Can you work under NDA?
Yes — for data-centre exits, AI-hardware sales and liquidations we routinely work under NDA and keep counterparties confidential.
